I know what you mean, and I wish for me it ended there. Mine goes up into my rectum. It feels as if there is an eight piece of red hot angle iron in my anus and rectum constantly. It is disabling. It ruins many things, such as sex, because it completely takes my concentration from whatever I am doing. It also makes it feel as if all Hell is about to break loose all the time. Do others have this as well?
