I use sudocrem twice daily and apply it directly with my fingers on the hole. Use low pressure on bidet, dont clean the area with toilet paper just gently put it to dry the area . Also butt burn is a issue when the stool is either too runny or acidic. Try supplementing zinc and vitamin E if you're not having enough from foods. It increases the healing capacity of skin.
