Bloated for days!

Hello, im 10 years post jpouch.

I have been feeling bloated, full in my stomach for over a week now, no pain no change in bowel habits, i dont really feel hunger when i dont eat. Ive had this before but it usually goes away in a day or two. Did anyone experience this before? Any tips ? Thank you
