best devrom price is 11.55$ if 12+

hi fellow k-pouchers who suffer PU. the devrom site sell 100 caps for 11.55$ if purchase at least 12. tax but no shipping cost. has anybody found a less expensive site? i've certainly found more expensive!! it helps.
