I almost finished my 40 quarters of work and I would love to be able to benefit from SSDI if I ever needed it. Right now I'm still working fine and I have been since I arrived in the States despite flares and everything. I just put on diapers and went to work.

I'm not 100% clear on this. I know they gave me a certain amount of both, but I only receive one monthly. So I was eligible for one of them for 4-5 months backpay, but that's all i received from that one. The other pays me monthly and had a certain amount of backpay.
