I have yet to try ilex paste... just checked and I agree... very expensive...I am interested to see if there is a good affordable alternative. I am new to this game only 2 months post take down. Everyone recommends that Calmoseptine so I tried it for a week but no matter what I mix it with the taste was just horrible. After that first week I used it as directed and seems to work ok...been wanting to try this ilex paste but haven’t had it yet..
