I’m in same boat as Pouchomarx. Not only is Ilex paste an issue, but since retiring this year I can’t get coverage for Visbiome ES or a decent price on Canasa generic. These three are all pricey on a monthly basis. WellCare denied Visbiome because they‘ll only evaluate it as an OTC, regardless of strength. Extremely frustrating.
