When I was still working construction I would mix a bunch of salt in my 4L jug and I would have a 2L of frozen water with no salt. I don't tolerate the heat very well and I can get dehydrated relatively easily.

Now I don't put salt in my water often but I do just have salt some times usually followed up with water.

What ever works.
