To help with hydration I start with a large bottle of electrolyte water every day, but I just sip on it throughout the day. I don’t omit salt from my diet. Also I add mineral drops to plain water (found at natural food stores) which helps keep body alkaline. Recently started taking B12 supplements for gut health. If nothing else, I think the large bottle of electrolyte sip throughout the day is quite important.
Where do you get electrolyte water at??? I have heard of pedialyte.
