Any advice about Tremfya?

Is anyone familiar with the biologic Tremfya (guselkumab)? I think I'm going to give it a try for my skin and joint problems. I'm still not sure what my actual diagnosis is because different doctors have said different things. I've had my j-pouch since 2010 due to prior UC. I've dealt with joint pain and stiffness and rashes the whole time, but more recently they are affecting me in ways that are really getting in the way of life. I'm ok with the immunosuppression and increased risk of infection, and it sounds like there's a good chance I'll be able to get it for free. I'm just contemplating and wondering if there's any reason I shouldn't give it a try.
