Reply to "anxiety"

What the heck is the reason? Is it just because we have been through so much? I just now took an Ativan because I felt another panic attack coming on...seems to have kept it at bay.
Also have other stuff going on in my life as mentioned in a different post, but I definitely think the anxiety has gone up since the surgery 7 years ago...
I just started seeing a new psychologist. She seems great so far...I highly recommend therapy as long as it is with the right person.
