I have Crohn’s Disease and have had a J pouch since 1998. I was diagnosed with Crohn’s in 1999 after the surgery to develop the J pouch. I have had trouble through the years with anal skin irritation. I had tried various creams and ointments, including hydrocortisone, antifungals, zinc oxide, and topical antibiotics. Does anyone have solution I have not thought of yet? It is a constant fight to keep that area clean and painless as I use the bathroom 10-12 times a day.

I’ve tried all different OTC and prescribed medicines over the years nothing really seems to work that well until I recently came across an item called Triple Paste. Thanks to my niece who uses it on her baby. It works very well for me. Much better then desitin or AD.
I got mine on AMAZON but have seen it also in the drug stores in baby isle.

Hope you find something that works for you.
