Yes, I've seen the travel bidet at medical supply stores. They charge a bit more. Amazon sells them for $10 (free with Prime delivery?) and they are a strong plastic and will last forever. The airlock button on the bottom let's you use the bottle at any angle. It was the item, along with the toilet bidet, that really save me from fire bum and lots of tears (as in fissures and in crying!). I bet yours was a first for the ER team!
