I second the travel bidet squirt bottle suggestion. I bought one from Amazon for $12 and it saved me. Took it with me when leaving the house, otherwise the residue would burn and cause pain. Also installed a bidet on the toilet with hot and cold water lines. The best use of $100 at Amazon. I use it every time and now I have no issues whatsoever.
