Advise on spasms

Good day all! I had surgery in 2001. Recently I have been experiencing spasms in my lower right abdomen, in the vicinity of the scar. They come and go randomly. I’ve seen the doctor and they have done MRI , stool tests, blood tests , antibiotic . Anyone ever experience this ?
