If you just need a sleep aid and not pain reliever, then take Benedryl or Unisom. The active ingredient that makes you sleepy in the Advil and Tylenol PM is the same as in Benedryl or Unisom liquid or gels. Unisom tabs have a different active as the sleep aid, which is what I always used.
