A year and a half after takedown, my first (maybe) blockage. Owwwwww.

Over the last 2/3 weeks I've had some brief episodes of pain in my upper right abdominal quadrant that passed in a couple of hours. I wrote them off as gas pains.  I woke up this am with moderate pain in the same spot, enough that I skipped my morning workout and worked lying down on the sofa (working-from-home is the silver lining in the pandemic cloud).  I managed two easy walks, maybe a mile each time.  I did pass my usual watery mess when I woke up, so didn't even consider a blockage.    No appetite, but I ate my usual yogurt midday and drank lots of  hot tea and hot water with lemon.  I realized that I did not pass gas or stool for over 12 hours, which has not happened since takedown.  But finally a little while ago I farted.  Not normally a thing I announce to my husband, but this time I did.  Shortly after a small but encouraging watery explosion, so guess if I have a blockage it's partial or opening up.  The pain is not as bad, and has migrated to my lower abdomen.  No vomiting or fever (or I'd have already left for the hospital).  So guess I should just stick with clear liquids for a day or two, then go back on invalid diet?  Does pain in the upper right quadrant make sense - not around the jpouch - but higher in the small intestine???
