Please teach yourself not to strain dear. Straining can lead to: hemorrhoids, bladder prolapse, J-pouch prolapse, and damage to rectal cuff, so definitely be careful and do not strain dear. A lot of people here have shared their stories about what happens to them when they strain. Be careful and I hope you continuously get better
If you start having 14bms everyday, you are in the 9%er family and we will welcome you with open arms But I think you will not be a 9%er in the long run so you should be good
I think Bentyl will help the spasms, maybe you should mention that to your doctor.
I see you are having a shake that probably has milk in it; were you ever lactose intolerant???
