325 mg Tylenol? They gotta be kidding.....J-Pouch Nick, do you have Analgin 500 mg (metamizole sodium) in the US? It's GI-system friendly. I use it when Tylenol fails to relieve my pain. It's OTC in my country, but I don't remember having seen Analgin in the pharmacies when I was in the US.
