I'm so sorry you are in pain! Look at it this way- every day you can keep the little one inside of you, the better it is for your baby. Take it one day at a time, and if at all possible, try to keep to your bedrest instructions.  I had twins, and had a really hard time eating toward the end, too. Smoothies helped to get much needed calories in, and I almost lived off of the "wellness bowls" from Jamba Juice in the last few weeks. They were similar to smoothies, but had oats  and peanut butter blended in, which provided much needed calories.

Look into your state's
Coverage for time off due to illness.  Some states will provide disability coverage if you have a high risk pregnancy. If your doctor thinks you should remain on bedrest, they can provide the authorization to stop work.
