Nothing coming out of pouch all day. Belly extended and in pain. I've been drinking, so not total obstruction. No nausea. Finally a bit of gas.  I'm thinking constipation but never had it before. No pressure or urgency. Nothing happens when I am on toilet. Only urine. More info in my previous post. Sorry to sound so desperate but it's been almost 10 hours.

Glad the prune juice is helping. I’d keep it up until you feel totally cleared. Yes it seems like you were obstructed. If not totally, close to it. You were probably just absorbing the liqiud and urinating the byproduct. Until you are passing gas, you are not out of the woods. Go to the ER if pain becomes severe or you are vomiting.

Thanks everyone! I was pretty scared there for a while. And searching the forums for constipation resolution ideas. That's where I found the prune juice. It started the movement, but the partial obstruction stayed for the rest of the day and resolved overnight. I still don't know that it was constipation or what. The pain was in upper abdomen, as usual.

Anyways, thanks for your advice!

Yeah, it is frustrating (and painful) when you are obstructed. You want instant relief that does not exist.

We really do not get constipated unless you are taking too much bowel slower or opiates, since we do not have a colon. More often, it is a kink of the gut. Things hang up until the gut unkinks. You just have to wait it out and drink lots of fluids. Prune juice and other fruit juices are high in fructose, which gently stimulates the gut in most people when consumed in a high concentration. The key is to stay hydrated and reduce roughage and residue that may further back up.

Stongly stimulating laxatives, like ExLax, are the wrong approach. This is because you essentially are trying to force through something that is stuck, similar to trying to yank a ring off a swollen finger. Patience, lubrication, and gentle nudging is what works.

Expect to be tender and with a high output for a few days. The main thing is that it is not your fault (unless you have been consuming too much Imodium or similar).
