Again thank you all for all your support. My doctor has put me on immodium and it has really helped me with so many less trips to the bathroom. However, I have noticed I am getting back pain since taking it, I take the liquid three times daily and I was told by my doctor to try it only twice a day, also taking phazyme since it also gave me gas. Just wonder if any of you had this experience and if you take pills rather then liquid immodium. Thanks so much.

I take Imodium pills , usually 5 per day, and do have some muscle aches as a result. I quit for a few days to see if the aches would stop, and they did, but it wasn't worth the loose bowel movements that came back.
