May hubby thinks that if I do a protein shake that it won’t form into poop. I think it does. I think everything does, for the most part right? Except water, seltzer water, etc. even sugary drinks form some little poop, right?
The reason why I ask is bc I’m having sharp pains like I’m starting to get a blockage again. After 3, I’m getting used to this. Anywho, I’m doing walking, hot pack on stomach, and discussed doing a liquid diet until the pain subsided (it’s been a day or so, but not getting drastically worse yet). If I stick to liquids that have minimal content-even when I water down low sugar Gatorade for example, that’s the best thing vs a yogurt smoothly or something right?
