Gweedee,

I do but mine is an occlusion site. It is my old colostomy stoma site. I always had problems there and now I have adhesions that strangle my guts and cause awful pain.

The old rectal site hurt for quite a few years after removal but now I only get the occasional pain (sharp and sudden or a dull ache depending on when but around my periods I used to get a very heavy, achy feeling there).

It all could be signs of adhesions, swelling, a more serious problem ( anything from abscess to pouchitis on through...)

Have you asked your surgeon or G.I about it? If it is just a small pain they might not bother to check it out but if you have other symptoms then they may with to do a scan or other exam.

Well still unclear... had the scope... they took like 12 biopsies and they found one weird looking black hole... they said its could be a fistula or.could be crohns.. had an mri a few weeks ago and going to see the doc in July... they did figure out the pain i was experiencing.. when they pass through the inlet that connects to the jpouch at the top.. i felt that pain.. and they said that when my pouch gets full sometimes jt can push back up through the inlet.... that causes the pain.. same with gas to... will keep you posted.
