marijuana pills with j pouch and IBS

I have just been given medical marijuana and have j pouch and IBS. I also take amox-clav 500 mg twice a day and have been taking one pill of marijuana in the afternoon with food, but experiencing accidents during the night unable to control my stool, just wonder if anyone here has experienced this at all?
