It took me 6 years to get pregnant naturally after my take down at the age of 26. At age 32 had my first, stopped nursing after 10 months and immediately got pregnant with 2nd one and delivered at 33. Maybe things just need time to heal? I also had precancerous cervical issues at age 20. I always felt if God wanted me to have kids then I would get pregnant. I did not want to be a sick Mom. So when my husband figured out I was pregnant - yes I was clueless; not even thinking it could happen. It had been 6 years of using no birth control so we were very surprised....and blessed. When the doctors confirmed my pregnancy, I went home and got on my knees and prayed to God that he just keep me well enough to raise my kids....and he did! Still hanging in there, not perfect, but not bed/house bound either.
