Do I have Pouchitis?

I am about 2.5 years out from my takedown, I haven't had any problems. I always eat whatever I want, I just had an MRI about a month ago to check on my insides and it showed no inflammation, just some minor scar tissue.  About a week ago I was feeling off, slight nausea, though I thought this was due to my constant state of dehydration, so I over hydrated heavily with water on accident one day and then my body started flushing. I am now going on day 5 of watery stools being my main debilitating symptom because it feels like  I constantly need to be holding in an enema. Mind you I wear an all-white uniform at school...so life has been a bit more stressful this week. I have no pain. The gas bubbles I was experiencing have alleviated, but the water stools have not. And the watery stools are having a domino effect on my sleep making me more tired due to waking up more often, in addition to dehydration and dehydration pain due to not retaining or absorbing any liquids. I had labs on Wednesday so I am waiting to hear back on those as well. I hope it's not pouchitis as its a very large fear of mine but at this point what else would this be?
